How to Register a DD4 Account and Sign In
Creating a DD4 account is usually quick, but the few details entered at the start matter later. A live mobile number, an accurate date of birth and a password reserved for this account make access and payment checks easier. The walkthrough below separates registration, verification and login so the practical steps are clear.
Have These Details Ready
DD4 is intended for people aged 18 and above. Keep the phone that receives your one-time code nearby and use a number you expect to keep active. If a payment review asks for identity information, the name on the DD4 profile should match the document and the payment account you intend to use.

DD4 Registration in Three Steps
1. Find the Sign-Up Screen
Open DD4 through the official link and select Register. Before typing personal information, check that you are still on the expected page. Fake sign-up pages can copy the same colours and wording, so links from unknown contacts or unverified groups deserve extra caution.
2. Complete the Account Form
Enter your mobile number, date of birth and any fields marked as required. Choose a username that does not expose unnecessary personal information. A password made from unrelated words, numbers and symbols is safer than a name, phone number or birthday. Read the terms and privacy notice before accepting them.
3. Verify the Mobile Number
DD4 may send an OTP to the number supplied in the form. Enter it on your own device and keep the code private. Genuine support should not ask you to forward an OTP by message or phone. After the code is accepted, the profile should become available for normal account use.
Logging In to DD4
- Open the official DD4 app or the supported website route.
- Choose Login and enter the registered mobile number or username.
- Type the password carefully, then submit the form.
- Complete any security prompt shown on your own device.
Avoid saving credentials on a shared phone or a public computer. If you use somebody else’s device, sign out completely and remove any saved password before leaving it.
When Access Does Not Work
Use Forgot Password rather than guessing again and again. The reset code is normally sent to the registered number. If you no longer control that number, use the support option inside the official DD4 app and be prepared to confirm ownership. A stranger who asks for money to “recover” the account is not a safe shortcut.
Verification and Payment Preparation
A new profile may open before a full review is finished, while a withdrawal can still trigger additional checks. Depending on the request, the service may ask for Aadhaar, PAN or another government-issued document. Upload files only inside the secure account area, make the image readable and do not submit extra information that the form does not request.
Once the account is active, review the cashier limits before making a deposit. A welcome offer, if displayed, can have separate eligibility, turnover and expiry conditions. Accepting it first and reading the rules later often makes a normal withdrawal harder to understand.
